How much does the Smart Intercom cost?

The intercom is provided to the building for free use. The building pays for the installation kit and installation work*. At the same time, the monthly maintenance fee remains the same.

*Installation costs are calculated individually and depend on the parameters of the building (number of entrances, number of apartments, current maintenance fee amount, etc.). The installation of the “Smart Intercom” is only possible in buildings where Balticom optical internet is available.

The monthly maintenance fee includes:

24/7 technical support
Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the intercom system
Storing the recording archive and providing access upon police request

Replacement of intercom handsets

After connecting the “Smart Intercom”, the intercom handsets installed in apartments will stop working. If a resident already has a handset and wants to keep it, depending on the type of the existing system, it will be necessary either to reconnect the existing handset or install a new one. Installing intercom handsets in apartments where they were not previously installed is not possible.
